Your inspection report

Uploaded PDFs are processed in memory to produce your report and are not stored on our servers. If AI analysis is on, the extracted text goes to our AI provider only to generate your report, under terms that do not allow it to be used for training.

Your report

Generated reports and branding settings are stored in your own browser (local storage). To keep results consistent, the extracted issue list (never the PDF itself) is cached under an anonymous fingerprint of the report text, so re-uploading the same report gives the same answer. Clearing your browser data deletes them.

Payments

Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Analytics and contact

We may collect basic, aggregate usage analytics. We do not sell personal information. Contact us with privacy questions at privacy@punchlist.report.
